Winter Training Program

Be a Cycling Star

Find your inner star! Train in the 2016/17 off-season with Nebo Ridge Bicycles. Whether new to the sport of cycling, an aspiring triathlete, or an experienced racer, our off-season training program provides the instruction to make your next riding season a success. Participants undergo pre and post program assessments to measure gains in strength and endurance during each of two, multi-week sessions (6-week session beginning Nov 14 and 8-week session beginning Jan 9). All participants receive a multi-week training program, a reserved spot in two indoor group classes each week, and personalized guidance from the program’s staff.

Our multi-week training program is offered in two sessions. The first session runs 6 weeks from Nov 14 to Dec 22. The second session runs 8 weeks from January 9 to March 4.

The price is $200 for the 6-week session and $300 for the 8-week session.

Group workouts for the Jan/Feb 8-week session are scheduled for Monday through Thursday evenings at 6 pm and on Saturday mornings at 10 am. You can choose your two group workouts from any combination of these times. We limit class size to 18 participants and fill in order of sign-ups. So, sign up early!

Group workouts are 90 min and use Nebo Ridge’s fleet of Kurt Kinetic fluid trainers. Participants bring their own bike. Bike storage is available at Nebo for $40 per semester.
